The Merits

NFTs are unique and immutable.

Immutability: every data recorded on a blockchain as an NFT cannot be changed, as every validator in that blockchain has information about the Asset.

Unique Identity: The NFT Concept has eradicated the problem of fake or replicas of Assets. We have seen contracts forgery, pictures, and art replication. These events occurred because of their mutable or copiable nature. Every NFT has a unique ID code and metadata used to identify them on the blockchain, and this ID makes it impossible for anyone to replicate or copy an NFT as its metadata and ID cannot be duplicated or changed. Artists, companies, and government can rest assured of the integrity of their Assets on any DLT.
