N/B: The reward mechanism rewards early rToken liquidity providers and XFC Stakers within the xFRAC Ecosystem. The mechanism above is an effective way to reward community interaction and participation in xFRAC.

The XFC reward Vault system is a deflationary reward system where the weekly rewards are halved per epoch. In this mechanism, existing holders or Liquidity Providers benefit as the Ecosystem grows. This system is sustainable because contributors will be incentivized continuously with the xFRAC Token till the total Epoch Time (39.077 years) elapses. After this period, contributors will receive incentivization from the xFRAPOOL Exchange Fee and rToken Royalties.
