# xFRAC Token Utilities

XFC has wide Use-case on the xFRAC Marketplace.

XFC has a couple of utility and use cases on the xFRAC Marketplace, which are listed below:

* XFC is used to pay for rTokenization Exchange Fees.
* Every rToken paired against XFC on xFRADEX.
* xFRAPOOL comprises of rTokens/XFC pairs.
* Weekly Participation rewards are payable in XFC.
* rToken Royalties are payable in XFC.
* XFC is a prerequisite for rToken Governance. A minimum of 5000 XFC is required for voting, and collaterals of 50,000 XFC are needed to raise proposals.
* Holding a minimum XFC threshold either in rToken LP Token or in XFC is a criterion for users to participate in weekly participation rewards paid in XFC.

XFC will continue to realize more utilities as we progress in web3, NFT space, and Real-world Assets Tokenization.
